Raymond D. Carter
Who I am
Raymond D. Carter first started singing around the age of 8. He never imagined all of the places his God given gift and talent would take him. Raymond has song in numerous church choirs, praise & worship teams, theatre productions, weddings, and other celebrations. While a student at Ross Shaw Sterling Senior High School, Raymond joined the Ross Shaw Sterling Silver Chorale (1997-2000) under the direction of Ina K. Zellers. It was at that time Raymond learned of his vocal potential and discovered a great love of music. He went on to perform in many competitions while singing in this award winning choir.
Currently, Raymond is a Minister and a Lead singer at New Covenant Christian Fellowship in Pearland, Tx, where Bishop Frederick Mosley is the Founding Pastor. Raymond met the love of his life in 1997, Ingrid Mosely, they married in 2008, and they have two sons. If you were to ask Raymond what is one phrase that comes to mind when he thinks about the goodness of the Lord, he would say, "When I think of all the good things that God has brought me though, I can not help but praise the name of the Lord!"
